Retro radio-alarm clocks

There’s something about being woken by the soothing tones of music from your radio alarm clock, instead of a screeching siren shattering your sleeping nerves. Radio alarm clocks were quite the thing once upon a time, though they are now sadly being replaced by the cellphone as a means of waking up.

Perhaps you yearn for those days again? There are some quite desirably retro radio alarm clocks around now, especially if you can find one with nice big red LED display, or even better, the mechanical flip-type. Or perhaps you’d like to hark right back to the days of analogue, when a nice chunky dial was the order of the day.

Just don’t be surprised if the music’s changed in the meantime…
